Refund & Return Policy

Set out below is what may be returned, how a return is started and how long a refund takes to reach your card. This policy is part of the Terms & Conditions of toppremiumtactical.com, which is operated by AMP Digital Consulting LLC.

Eligible items

Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Starting a return

Refund timing

Refunds are processed the same day, either while you are on the call with us or when we reply to you by email.

Once a refund has been processed, it can take up to 7 business days to be credited to the card used for the transaction. Depending on your financial institution it may appear sooner, or take longer.
